Nurse practitioner
Christian Cedeno, NP

Christian joined Mid-America Orthopedics in July 2025, bringing with him a strong foundation in orthopedic care and a deep commitment to patient well-being. He began his healthcare career as a registered nurse at a Level I trauma center in Kansas City, where he gained valuable experience in managing acute orthopedic injuries. After completing his nurse practitioner doctorate program, Christian was eager to step into a role as an orthopedic provider. He is passionate about helping patients return to their daily lives with restored mobility and improved function—whether through conservative treatment or surgical intervention.
Christian helps treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions but has developed a particular interest in sports medicine. As a former collegiate athlete, he understands firsthand the physical and emotional demands of athletic performance and recovery. His background drives his dedication to helping athletes of all levels get back to doing what they love.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife, two young children, and their dog. He enjoys golfing, physical fitness, grilling, and relaxing weekends at the lake with his family.
